Jeremy E. Blay Operations Manager

Jeremy E. Blay has been recognized for his expertise in credit and finance for over 17 years, for his ability to offer a unique blend of executive acumen, corporate team building, and strategic vision. As operations manager of Newport Credit Restoration and Kirkland Credit Management, Jeremy has a proven executive management track record of achieving company goals, driving sales growth, product development and streamlining processes to sustain long term profits. Previously Jeremy was CEO and Co-Founder of American Mortgage and Financial Services, bringing an extensive background in sales and executive management experience, he will offer focused internal solutions to further business goals.


With a reputation for judicious use of resources, Jeremy's work has been instrumental in providing BuildMyCredit with a leading, integral, customer service based agent force. Implementing a customer personal touch policy to insure our clients will always have someone to answer there question or help them when it is needed; has provided us our customers trust and respect where if they could; would do business on a hand shake!

Justin Weller Processing Manager

Justin Weller has spent his entire working career being an advocate for the consumer in many finance and credit driven industries over the last 10 years.  His passion for the consumer, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the tactics required to ensure the best results for your credit are what separates himself from the next credit repair analyst.  His professionalism and understanding of the different laws and statues that are in place for your protection will ensure that your case is handled with the utmost of care.

Larney Fowler, Esq. Attorney at Law

Advisory Board Member

A graduate of Princeton University and Fordham University Law School, Larney has worked for several highly regarded national law firms, owned several businesses and brings a unique combination of finely tuned legal skills and practical day-to-day business acumen to his works.

Born and raised in New York City, Larney attended Princeton University (1976, BA) and Fordham University Law School (1979, JD). After graduation from law school, Larney worked for 5 years for the leading international law firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosel in New York City and represented over 60 small, independent banks in the major Chrysler refinancing of the late 1970’s and early 1980’s. After moving to Orange County in 1983, Larney worked for the leading national law firms Graham & James, and also Adams, Duque & Hazeltine. He continued his broad practice with a special emphasis in representing large Indonesian conglomerates in their US business affairs. Before establishing his own legal practice in 2002, Larney owned several businesses in the telecom and import/export arenas.

An avid tennis, baseball, and ice hockey enthusiast, Larney lives in Laguna Niguel, California. He sings rock ‘n roll one night a week at a local club. His proudest accomplishment has been raising his daughter who is a sophomore at Barnard College / Columbia University in NYC.

Adam J. Krohn, Attorney at Law

Advisory Board Member

Adam J. Krohn is one of the founding partners of Krohn & Moss, Ltd. He has been admitted to practice law in Illinois, Missouri and before the U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit, the U.S. District Court Central District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Distict Court Northern District of Indiana, The Supreme Court of Illinois and the Supreme Court of Missouri.

Mr. Krohn was chosen as the guest speaker at the Chicago Bar Association's 'Consumer Rip-Offs' seminar held at the Harold Washington Library. He is also an active member of the YLS Consumer Fraud Sub-Committee and submitted a proposal to the Committee regarding the Illinois New Vehicle Buyer Protection Act that would enhance state warranty rights.

Mr. Krohn has been featured on CLTV News, Channel 5's Target 5 News Reports, the Gazette News Service, the Chicago Sun Times and was featured in The Reader's 25th Anniversary Celebration issue. He also had one of his jury verdicts reported in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin (Bantz vs. Mercedes Benz of North America).

Mr. Krohn has tried to verdict many consumer cases in both state and federal court. In May of 1998, Mr. Krohn obtained a $78,866.25 sum for his client, Pamela Connor. A federal jury awarded her another $27,166.25 (on a $22,000 vehicle and she was able to retain ownership of the subject vehicle) and awarded her another $1700 in punitive damages. The trial judge later awarded an additional $25,000 in punitive damages against Ford Motor Company and Krohn & Moss settled its attorneys' fees which Ford Motor Company was required to pay.

Mr. Krohn has also successfully briefed and argued cases before the Seventh Circuit of Illinois in matters which have had enormous impact on consumers.

Mr. Krohn is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. He was an associate at Daniel Suber & Associates, and also at Friedman & Olson, Ltd. where he practiced civil litigation. Since 1995, he has devoted his professional career to fighting for the rights of consumers.

Mr. Krohn is also a professor of Consumer Law at Chapman University's School of Law.
